The article does not fit (wrong size).

We will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Custom orders or commissions (i.e. those made to a requested size not generally listed on the website or with personalisation) may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

If you have changed your mind, then please contact us within 14 calendar days to organise its return and a refund or replacement. You will need to return your jewellery in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent. We strongly recommend that you return your jewellery using tracked delivery.

Each DanaBassotta piece of handmade jewellery is unique and will usually be dispatched within 5-10 working days. However all pieces will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a delay for any other reason we will contact you.

You will be able to keep up-to-date on the progress of your order using a link including with your order confirmation. You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched.

However should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact us and we will do our utmost to get the item to you by the required date.

We offer free shipping on orders over 200€. Delivery within Germany - 5€, EU - 7€, worldwide - 9€

All deliveries will be sent via a tracked delivery service by Deutsche Post as a Priority letter. Delivery times for international orders will vary. Non-EU parcels require a customs form to be attached. Please be aware that international customers may be required to pay custom duties and we are unable to provide details of what these charges may be.

Wearing
Silver Jewellery will naturally tarnish over time, however silver that is regularly used generally needs less care. 

Always protect your jewellery from knocks, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.
We recommend removing jewellery when you shower or bathe and particularly when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water.
Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewellery.
Keep away from extreme temperatures, humidity and sunlight, and avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach.
Keep your jewellery away from products containing sulphur, such as rubber bands and some papers.

Storing

To protect your jewellery, pieces should be individually placed in a pouch or within a soft lined box to stop them being scratched or tangled. Ideally store your jewellery in a dark, cool and dry place, and try to keep pieces apart, so that they don't rub together or tangle up.

Cleaning

Sterling Silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. 
We recommend using a polishing cloth regularly to prevent the natural process of tarnishing. Clean your jewellery using lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush, but ensure that your jewellery is never submerged. We do not recommend the use of silver polish and silver dip as it may destroy the delicate oxidised details of your jewellery. We also strongly advise against exposing the jewellery to harsh chemicals, including ammonia, bleach, chlorine and salt water. 
Gemstones 
Since many gemstones are quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. We advise cleaning your precious stones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. Very porous stones such as turquoise and emeralds should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.
